Delete your account

In Free Film Exchange, open Account → Delete my account and confirm. If asked, sign out and sign in again first.

Can’t access the app?

Email madeusefulstudio@gmail.com from the email connected to your account, with the subject “Delete my Free Film Exchange account.” We will verify your ownership before deleting it. Never send your password.

Deletion removes your account, public photos, display name, points, favorites, notification tokens, and associated reports and suggestions. Provider service logs and copies other people made of public photos may remain outside our control.

Delete photos without deleting your account

Open the box in Free Film Exchange, find your photo, tap Delete and confirm. For a private practice photo, open Account → Try a private photo demo → Delete demo photo. Your account and earned points remain.

If you cannot access the app, email madeusefulstudio@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my Free Film Exchange photos,” and identify the photos or request deletion of all your photos. We will verify account ownership. Deleted photos are removed from the app; copies saved by other people and provider service logs may remain outside our control.
